Hitting Strips & Training Inserts

All hitting strips, inserts, and smaller training products are shipped directly from our U.S. fulfillment center for fast and reliable delivery.

Typical delivery times:

  • USA: 3–7 business days
  • Tracking included on all orders

Large Mats & Full Systems

Due to increased international shipping costs and the size/weight of our larger mats, full-size mats may ship directly from our manufacturing partner.

This allows us to:

  • keep pricing fair
  • maintain premium materials and construction
  • avoid excessive domestic freight markups

Typical delivery times for large mats:

  • USA: approximately 2–4 weeks depending on location and inventory availability

Tracking information will always be provided once your order ships.

If you’re not satisfied with your Swing Werks product, contact our team within 90 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Returns

We offer free standard returns on eligible products within 90 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Products must be returned in reasonable condition
  • Return requests must be submitted within 90 days of delivery
